About 40 minutes per week BJJ, since day one.

NPMantis, I'm going to be in the UK soon for an extended visit, and will be desperately trying to avoid losing any semblance of skill that I might have had by training/rolling with anyone I can find....
I don't see why you need to train Muay Thai if you like the look of the Muay Thai roundhouse. Maybe train long enough to get the basic mechanics of it down, then just work it on the heavy bag and try...
