SJ is right, I think it was on page two it was said, if you eat a lot of meat you will likely not respond as much to creatine, since it's already part of your diet.
Ironfist, buy some fresh...
Yay hardgainers. I'm the leanest I've been in a couple of years. First I lost a lot of weight due to atrophy while being injured. While I've been recovering I've decided to compete in track and...
I would suggest asking this question over at Jesse Marunde's forum. He and some of the others over there do a lot of high rep squat training. In fact, there is a video of his buddy Sarge doing 98...
My advice would be to eat something with protein in it every time you eat. Those cereal bars are marketed as healthy, but if you read the label, most of them are filled with sugar. Combining a...

I think that was Mariusz Pudzianowski in the qualifier the year he destroyed everyone in the finals.
Also, Michael Jordan scored 30+ points in the finals that one time with the flu.
PS - word...
Unless you want to get certified with IronMind, you could check out Heavy Grips also, as they are a bit cheaper and supposedly comparable.
Some stuff that I do: rope climbing, towel chinups, fingertip pushups, planche progressions (not strictly a grip exercise, but uses wrist/finger strength)
Looks like you can't use custom avatars right now.

Bodybuilding takes so much discipline and dedication. It is a full time job. I know because I've been trying to bulk for the past month and am force feeding at this very moment.
Pro bodybuilding...
I would get the bench and rack separately. Then you can use the rack for squatting.

Yeah, cool stuff. Not sure where you see parkour in that, though.
Joe Eigo at Ryerson university, I think, is the street tricking vid you are thinking of.
