Friday, whereabouts in Australia are you?
LMAO @ this thread.
That stuff is fantastic.
There must be some kind of high level mind control involved that makes the attackers allow themselves to be led around without resisting.
"Philosofers i think should spend more time writting new cool stuff and less time sucking the other famous philosofers ****s."
This is very correct.
Unfortunately people like Evolution Fist...
Oh, and I don't know if you've read Genealogy of Morals, but IMO it's as easy-going if not more so than Ecce ****.
That's a fair point, eulerfan. I was pulling for Genealogy of Morals for two main reasons. Firstly it's from the latter half of his career, as is Ecce ****, and I think Nietzsche is one of those...
wall is correct.
It's a lot better for the soul being a Hector than an Achilles, in my opinion.
The Nazis wished he had a connection to them. Nietzsche's sister was a rabid anti-Semite, if I remember rightly, and she forged a number of letters which suggested he would have supported them.

Also, if that reader Desertwingchun2 suggested is the one I'm thinking of, it's organised according to topic and gives you a good sense of what Nietzsche thought on a variety of subjects -...
"Zarathustra" is the German version of the name "Zoroaster". Zoroastrianism is an old Persian religion believed to be one of the first if not the first forms of monotheism. It's also speculated that...
IMO you're better off with The Genealogy of Morals. If you can get it in an anthology with The Birth of Tragedy, as a couple of publishers have done, so much the better.
I don't agree that two equally gifted people will progress to the same level after putting in the same amount of "contact hours". I don't think it's that simple.
One of the most important things...
It's too late to backtrack now. The secret has been exposed! Vanderlei Silva is in fact Erle Montaigue. It should have been obvious from the way he repeatedly strikes the "head" pressure point of his...
Vanderlei Silva = Erle Montaigue?
Hmm...
What's traditional sparring, scotty?
"it's not low %. if you step in the power of the kick is reduced. That is the nature of an arcing kick. even if you don't break their balance, you will receive less damage from the kick - but you...

Lean red meat:

I think the term "lean" just suggests that the product has less than a certain percentage of fat by weight.
I reckon ten years is about average for a BJJ blackbelt. Some instructors are tougher, some are less tough, but ten years is a good rough estimate.
Great job!
"My point is to step in! When someone does a round kick the target distance is critical - more so IMO than even other kicks, which are sensitive anyway. In order for the RK to work the defender must...
Interesting.
LMAO @ Walking into a Muay Thai roundhouse. That'll work real well if you can get them to kick in slow motion.
IronFist, do you avoid lean red meat? If so, why?
You can't really compare belt standards across arts or sometimes even organisations. Everyone seems to have their own idea of what it means to be a blackbelt.
