I personally had a VERY bad experience with qi gong trying to experiment on my own.

I tried to work something more advanced and actually made my heart either stop...

it might be worth it for the laugh factor. just watch it in Thai language if you want the best it has to offer.

Personally I enjoy the animation, you can see tricks and tips that artists used to achieve desired effects in their art.
