Really, such as? Do they teach traditional kung fu? Or is it the flashy wu shu crap with all the butterfly kicks and acrobatic stuff?

I looked at thier web site and it does look rather good. I'd like to go there and train if I had the money to do so. It's to bad we (myself) have to work and can't take three years off to study kung...
