All the flash looked staged or atleast ran threw a few times to give the fighters a idea.
Most of the other stuff looked kinda like slap and push practice.:confused:

I've watch mma stuff for awhile now.
Mostly main stream fights.
Anyway, I can't figure out why the don't let kung fu of any type in the ring more often. i mean hell mma is about as close as you can...
