Yes, Jackie says was better: Sammo Hung. From Jackie's book, but after Sammo got fatter and after Jackie came his masters "son" he came better than Sammo

-I do qikong practise before and after I go to sleep
I think the 30 min...
I do this workout 6 times a week and I train about 6-9 hour a day:
- 1 hour qikong
- 30 min warm out
- 30 min stances
- 30 min punchies with bag and without bag
- 0.5-1 hour kicks
- 2-3 hour...
Train at least 1,5 hour 4 times in week.
But the best time is 24 hour, if you can do it (nobody can).
My style is northern shaolin kung fu...and I search shaolin technique books.
Why it is so important to do push ups?
If you do punches you get more power and speed instead you do push ups.
