    Okinawan Goju
    Uechi
    Kyokushin
    White Crane
    Five ancestors
    SPM

    I prefer, just based on what I find works best for me:
    Goju, Uechi, White Crane and SPM.

    Taira sensei is another I recommend.
    Check out his stuff.
