Well. it might be a good source of information for those who know nothing of shaolin. But I find his site ****y and that he is very full of himself, its just my opinion.

ummm personally i read russbo's site and was unimpressed except for the lesson on how to pick up a hooker at shaolin.

I trained at shaolin, it was one of the kungfu school that resides in dengfeng...

She wasn't that great a chick then, shoulda had her make you a 3 course meal and serve it to ya in bed :p
