Usually with a head wrap also, but pretty much anytime I have any sort of grip on the near arm I will try to walk through that near leg, which usually sets up the hip...

Are you allowed to neckwrap in Judo? Cant remember.
O Soto Gari is my bread and butter takedown. #2 is a hip throw, wrapping the neck.
