Not sure if it qualifies, but there is a 7star mantis school in boulder that is definitely legit. Not the same, but I started at a San Soo place in Longmont and LOVE it.

Just looked at the date on this :-) did you ever go check out the school?

I hear he is legit and I have a friend that trained with one of Torres' peers down in Dallas from the same lineage and he speaks very highly (and is a badass).
I love Sifu Ha, but he is just too far...

haha, yeah - that sounds like Sifu Ha :-) I don't know that I would call him laid back these days, but moreso yeah :-)
