Doesn't it mean something like eternal spring?
If so, does it refer to "spring" as in water (overflowing, bubbling well, coming from the ground), or "spring" as in the season (blossoming, growing,...
That head swapping shot cracks me up!!
I want to put my head in there and frame it.
.... and all the evil staring. I was watching a competition on TV and these kids were sporting very menacing faces and yelled through 80% of their routine.
They lacked the relaxed look :D
Lately I've been trying to melt down more
I've completely given up on weights, situps, pushups, pullups, etc. I bulk up way too easily and it all goes right to my shoulders. Not a good thing (for me).
I wanted to play around a little more, but it didn't look like the best time. I guess I'll have to be content with sore shoulders ... and man were they sore! :D

I love the x-ray skull crushing technique.
just with my face
It's the next installment in the Tae Bo legacy.
"Cankles"
When your leg looks like a stump. No separation of calf and ankle.
I think so.
I've seen TKD guys sparring and their training looks like it goes out the window as soon as they put the pads on. I know that I'm always aware of my posture and positioning, so in that...
We don't have belts, rankings, certificates, or uniforms ... but we're going to get some T-shirts made soon :)
Good luck man!!
You know I'm always here to help you out!
I don't hear popping so much as "stepping on rice krispies". It's a grinding sound rather than just air in the joints.
My legs and knees are always a little sore from training a lot. I wonder if...
I just tried it out and I think my knees are going beyond my toes a LITTLE bit. But it seemed to minimize the stress on the joint. I'm thinking it may be from some other things as well.
Does it go...
