To make things clear, the food won't be stored while you sleep. The food digests while asleep but the process is slower then when you were awake.

I couldn't do it and I smoked 2 cigs :(. I keep doing that on day 3. But I keep on trying and I'm now on day 2 again.

Well yesterday I smoked just 1 but after that I decided to just try it again so now I'm on day 2 again. I finally started training again today and I think that's going to help.
Watch movies. Some are realistic and some aren't but the main thing is that they can give you great inspiration on different styles, training etc.
I can't really tell where I'm looking in a fight. I just look in front of me and the reflexes do the rest.
I'm not on a diet...yet. i'm going to try it someday.
