4) Strikes on the bag
5) Breathing exercise/palms facing the floor

Where do you Akron folks get your blocks for breaking? The 2x4x16 are hard to locate.

Why is that? Is it a chi flow issue? Injury risk?

I have heard:

1) don't use lead because of the exposure risk
2) use a progression of materials (mung, gravel, iron...etc)
3) ...
