It's helped quite a bit, allows my front foot to kick faster than a bow & arrow stance would. Allows footwork changes fast...

I agree, you have decent skills by all accounts don't get me wrong but its nothing to be awe struck about in the least. Again kudos for the pics.

No offense so take it for what its worth but if you were demonstrating your balance, flexibility and skill then I've seen better coming from 5 year old kids in China or even America for that. Kudos...
