Actually, when I said what I said, I did not have the concept of "chi" in my mind - I was only referring to the physical actions and their given concepts and principles, as scientific.

For whatever its worth, most, if not all kung fu styles are scientific. Some may not understand the particular science that is applied, but that is a whole different story...;)
Try getting a "degree" in not going back during basic two man exercises - a basic TCMA principle. ;)
