plate curls and sledgehammer levering are solid wrist strengthening exercises. also, if you have good technique in armwrestling, then brawn really won't matter as much.

hey premier, i think there's an older thread in the forum where Ironfist wrote down the routine from PTP.
www.stadion.com has some good info on stretching too. i got thomas kurz book "stretching scientifically" a couple of weeks ago and it was a solid purchase, i think.

for grippers, an Ivanko Supergripper might be a better bet because it has a lot of different settings to build up your grip strength. also, using a wrist roller has really helped with my grip...
