Try to find out what style mantis it is suppose to be... What lineage.
There are quite a few schools out there that have there own sets that they use to introduce mantis techniques to new students,...
I agree with Kicking Mantis on the Mui Fa sets... I really like Mui Fa Jeung. Say Lo Bung Da is a real nice set as well.....
