i said THE FIRST TWO LAU GAR FORMS HAVE WING CHUN MOVES IN THEM...not that they look like each other,,,and the footwork aint the same apart from the basic stance which aint footwork ,just a stance...

the bkfa,s lau gar does have alot of wing chu ni nthe first two forms but the fighting concepts differ.it seems to borrow wing chun moves for its own...

i used to do the horse stance while punching,,,illhave to start it again even though it aint much part of my wing chun now

well ive done the 50/50 in another style apart from wing chun but i feel very comfortable with my weight on the back leg for turning but when sparring my stance does change,,,but what i was asking...

well apart from only using palm strikes wing chun has what u asking of it,,,it is easy to learn(compared to other kung fu styles)but still requires work.and you dont need alot of hand...
