The Lou Reed Tai Chi Day team shared some private photos with me. Looked very interesting.

Hope they can make this an annual event. Lou would be so proud. He truly loved Tai Chi. He was so passionate about it.

I've had to step out of this because I've been seized by an eagle (and maybe a toad too :eek:).

I just realized August 3rd is also the Eagle Claw Cup International Wushu Tai Chi Invitational in the SF Bay Area. What is it with all the conflicting dates in our area this year?
