Not sure if I agree with you guys on this one. I have been able to use Tan to defend against a hook punch while sparring.

I think it all depends on you body positioning when you execute the Tan...

At the end of the day you get what you pay for. How can you put a price on knowledge? If you think its worth it go for it. If not dont bother!

Dynamic tension has its place as a training aid. If you use it in conjunction with other forms of supplementation it can be a valuable training aid.
