that was in response to the part in your rant about the carbs.
they need the carbs to spare the muscle. of course carbs aren't the only thing involved. BCAA's esp. Glutamine and many other things play a part in sparing muscle.
Because the knee doesn't always have access to the nuts. Just use what works at the time.
I'm having a bunch of trouble with my WC sidekick. I'm used to the TKD sidekick since thats what I used to do. I feel a major lack of power. Any suggestions?

no the only other schools I've trained at were a Karate school that seemed like karate kid cobra kai and a TKD school (self-d. oriented) that i was at for like 3 years.
