ok, i see there are some misunderstanding... of course if you learn to use your body in the best way it is also "healty".. but our approach goes over the "simple" health development.... the video you...
To be honest it seems to be something done in "internal" styles, but it is not exactly the same kind of training... we work on the body structure from a completely different point of view... you can...
I don't expect anything man ;) i know people and how they are going to think, in US or Europe it is almost the same... but there are also few guys who are able to see more from this sort of training....
No... i have developed this sort of training by myself... anyway i feel he made the same with some result very close to mine
It is really funny to see that most of the people in the world "react" in the same way.

Yes i meant that.... regarding the concept between VT and those "new" approach (rolfing, alexander,...) you can check the booklet in the website i've inserted before (senmotic.eu).
