the idea of "power points" came from Kung fu Qi gong, nov/dec 2002. the article was "the healing world of chi gong - part 2"
i would like to know all you can tell me about the specific techniques. i.e. leg placment, form names, types of training, etc.
thanks. Tao;)
listen stacey. a weapon is a weapon, be it your hands, feet or sword. in gung fu you use what you can and make do. to say that weapons suck is to let everyone know that your training is incomplete....
saw a neighbor of mine in michigan practicing hising-i. asked her to teach me the art. taught me five elements and 3 of the animals. then she showed me her favorite style Zui Quan. Studied both ever...
About a year and a half of solid training. Tao;)
How ya doin. I would like to ask if anyone has learned any drunken techniques or forms. also are there any sash training or fighting forms? Tao;)
Hising-i is my first but i am slowly learning Zui Quan. Tao;)
by power points i mean the acupressure points that increase speed and power.
first off id like to know if my palms should be a bright red all the time. Second, any comments on the reality of power points?
well i recently have taken up learning sash & scarf techniques, and i am creating a form to help me remember them. I am incorperating hising-i stances along with some tai chi influnced sensitivity...
I would like to ask about any styles that use ribbons or sashes as weapons. And if there are, what techniques or self-defense aplications there are. ;)
