anyone tried that diet that requires knowing your blood type, as they say certain types need increases in certain vitamins? i dont even know my type, but i got a kit off the net that will tell...
almost sounds like you came down with mono... but try taking vitamin k, i think that is good for your liver.
i have always had my legs get a fatigue feeling rather quickly, almost like how a rubber band around your finger feels.
i started taking individual vitamins and narrowed it down to believe potassium...
it would be cool if you could find a hapkido school that did lots of sparring, then spend more time at home with weights and heavy bag. maybe after a year or so of that, find a grappling class.
