Most CLF schools will train in full contact, one reason its very hard to pull a swinging style strike back when you launch it full speed due to the centrafugal force generated.

The club I train at also has this set, I don't know if its an original CLF set as Sifu and Sigung both at one time studied Hung Gar. But as far as the set goes, its long hard and exhausting. :D ...
I agree, I have seen a clip of the Chan familys version, and compared to my lineages version, it is totally different. The same can be said for Siu Moi Fa Kuen again very different to Chan and Lee...
