In the stance training portion of the video, the young man is standing on a circular platform. What is underneath the platform?
I'm a student there and enjoy it a lot, but I don't think I can "sell" it here. Not much of a salesman, I'm afraid.

Since I live in Seattle, I thought I'd de-lurk and say hi.
I train at Seattle Wing Chun. It's a small school, but visitors are always welcome.
