I just heard that Dr. Chow passed in her sleep last Friday night. Cause yet to be determined.

I don't remember hearing about her getting recognized by the OBE. Anyone know how to verify that?

It's been a while since I've seen Dr. Effie. And I guess 'Dame' is her thing now. :cool:

Effie is a good friend of Kung Fu Tai Chi. First time I heard her called 'Dame'.
