    my workout

    I do this workout 6 times a week and I train about 6-9 hour a day:

    - 1 hour qikong
    - 30 min warm out
    - 30 min stances
    - 30 min punchies with bag and without bag
    - 0.5-1 hour kicks
    - 2-3 hour...
