Be careful dude, sometimes they're expensive, like US$30 per pair. Try not to pay too much if you can.

why not just order them through here?

They are no more or less expensive than what you would find in Canada if you "could" find the rings ion a store here.

http://search.store.yahoo.com/cgi-bi...2Fnsearch.html is where they are at.

    Iron Rings

Hey people I ' m looking for a decent martial arts supplies store ,
    in canada .
Where I can order kung fu iron ring for hung gar practice .

Any recommendations would be awesome .

    Thanks !

    tri2bmt ,

Goodluck in finding good deals , where ever you go .
But there are times when you just gotta pay what is cost .

Try and check out wing lam enterprise or other stores ,
where they carry those iron rings .

Because , when I ' m ready for those iron rings myself ,
I ' m getting myself some of those iron rings .

I think you must ' ve read gene ching ' s article on the
    kung fu iron rings ?

But it ' s a good way to strengthen the forearms , arteries ,
    skin .

Other than those iron rings , read the current issue of
    wing lam catalog .
It tells about those barbell and how it can be used like those
    kung fu iron rings .

    Take Care .

Even the cheapest ones Kung Lek recommended are still $15 each. Hmm... 4 3/4" diameter, 1.5lbs. You know what, I'm going home today (from college) I'm going to measure mine (size and weight) and see how big they are, because at the place I bought mine they were only $10 each. I think mine might be a bit smaller though... but then again I was only 17 or 18 when I got them. My wrists are genetically small as well so even with the smallest ones they would still fly off of I did a snake fist type strike. I haven't even used them in 3 years. Heh, maybe I should bust them out again.

Where can I see that article by gene ching ?

    tri2bmt ,

First , let me make myself clear the article that I ' m

talking about is in the March / April issue of kung fu /

    Qi Qong magazine .

It comes under ring of iron , Kung Fu ' s training tool

    and weapon .

It has a picture of Harlan Lee wearing those rings , who

is himself a Sil Lum Fut Ga Master .

Excuse me for leading you on with the wrong information .

    Take Care.
