Thumbs up 100+ Pushup program question

    G'Day all,

Just read and printed out the 100+ pushup program.

For those who have read it:

How many sets of each do you do?
    It states "position 1 5 partials,5 complete,7 partials,7 complete,rest 90 seconds."

Then what? Again? How many times?
Also what is your xiphoid process???

    Thanks guys!

Not sure about the pushup thing... but a xiphoid process is the little bone attached to the bottom of your sternum (Your breast bone). It can be broken off easily during CPR, and may puncture a lung.

Try asking this over on the training and health forum. I think a couple people are doing it or have done it. You will find some very good info over there.
Your intelligence is surpassed only by your ignorance.

You are more likely to fall down the stairs and break your neck if you live in a house with stairs. You are more likely to be in a car accident if you drive to work. You are more likely to be kicked in the nuts or punched in the nose if you practicing the martial arts. - Judge Pen
