Tell me how to workout, cause i have no idea :)
Basically, for the first time, i'm joining a gym and going to actually suppliment normal training with bi weekly visits to the gym.
In effect, i want to increase in strength, speed and power. I couldn't really care too much whether i don't get bigger at all or quite a bit. I also basically want an all body workout. Don't bother with the endurance stuff, i'm fine with that.
If its any help, i'm about 6 foot, 170 pounds, and for arguements sake i'll say i'm average fitness and medium build.
So, um....what exactly do i do?
