has anyone seen this, I brought the video. Sometimes I practice out of it. but Iam really starting to seriously study it, it helps me keep my smoothness, good movement, and I like it ALOT, has anyone else seen this,

I RECOMMEND IT, but if you have seen it or better yet took a class tell me more.
