if you are going to do qigong, I recommend Effie Chow. She is excellent. you just need femine touch
If you dont like that one, you can go with chi kung which is also very goodmanly

Walter, I think the staff just dug up this thread from 6 months ago for advertising purposes.

But since you brought it up, have you seen the video by Xie Pei Qi? Is it any good? What I have seen of his methods seem good but I don't care for all that sitting chi kung. I'd rather work on more dynamic sets.

Than on your word I will order it. You are responsible, right Seriously, I have a full set of bagua chi kung that is fairly robust. It takes around one hour to complete all three levels. The thing is you don't often hear about bagua chi kung and I would like to compare it. Any chance you could give a brief description of the set?
