Thanks for the link Count! Are you still studying Bagua with Jason Tsou? I still plan on moving back down there and checking out his classes, but I started going to school(college) up here.

    Yep, still with Jason.

Old habits are hard to break. I recommend the 18 Lohan video.

if you are going to do qigong, I recommend Effie Chow. She is excellent. you just need femine touch
If you dont like that one, you can go with chi kung which is also very goodmanly

Xie Peiqi has an excellent video on yin style bagua qigong. It is available through plumflower press.

Walter, I think the staff just dug up this thread from 6 months ago for advertising purposes.

But since you brought it up, have you seen the video by Xie Pei Qi? Is it any good? What I have seen of his methods seem good but I don't care for all that sitting chi kung. I'd rather work on more dynamic sets.

    count,
The video I am referring to is standing moving qigong, and I have it and have used it and plan on going back to it in the foreseeable future.

Than on your word I will order it. You are responsible, right Seriously, I have a full set of bagua chi kung that is fairly robust. It takes around one hour to complete all three levels. The thing is you don't often hear about bagua chi kung and I would like to compare it. Any chance you could give a brief description of the set? My e-mail is "bagua@kabooom.com" with 3 o's in kabooom.

Has anyone seen the Bagua Qi-Gong videos by Jiang Jin-Ye?

I was thinking of purchasing either one of them but I was wondering how they compared to the the Xie Peiqi videos
