    Question Breasting ??

    Just a question,

What will the difference be between inhaling throe your nose and exhaling throe you mouth. And inhaling throe you your nose and exhaling throe you nose.

    Will it make a difference?

yah you miss connecting the male and female aspects.

By disconnecting your tongue from the roof during exhalation, energy can be held in the throat region.

    Nostril breathing.
'anuloma viloma' is the name of a yoga technique of nostril breathing where you cover one nostril breath in through the other to fill all your lungs holding the breath for 2-3 seconds only; then exhaling through the opposite nostril you breathed in from .( uncovering that nostril while you cover the one you originally breathed in from.)then you breath in through the nostril you just exhaled from and repeat the process alternating the nostrils you are covering; always first exhaling then inhaling through the uncovered nostril.

Don't know if any of that made sense, but it cleanses your minds-eye or ajna chakra.

May all beings live in peace and harmony,
    May all beings live wisely,
    May all beings be enlightened.

Peace is not the product of terror or fear.
Peace is not the silence of cemeteries.
Peace is not the silent result of violent repression.
Peace is the generous, tranquil contribution of all to the good of all.
Peace is dynamism. Peace is generosity.
It is right and it is duty.
