    Training techniques

1 - Discovered this one by chance,

Buy a large cheap motorcyle, something like a Kawasaki Z500 will do. Let the machine break down, in my experience this should not take too long, lack of mechanical knowledge helps.
Try bump starting said machine down hill. Push machine back up hill. The hill should be quite steep and not too long - maybe 50 yards. After a short rest (normally messing about with the electrics or cleaning the plug) repeat process twice before going inside to find car keys.

So what do you reckon, I find this to be ab absolute killer, you really have to push yourself because you know you can't leave the bike where it is, you get a complete body workout and you train your muscles to work together in a realistic way.
