Your styles Biomechanics and Structure ROE
What are your basic rules for movement? If any? For example, never fully extending your arm. The Neija arts have the 6 harmonies, the nine joints, crossing the great river principle..etc.
What rules of body positioning/structure/biomechanics are in everyone elses systems?
How and why do they differ from one another?

A 30-06 for reaching out,
You don't need anything more.-Kurt Saxon
