Burgular stabbed to death during robbery

    http://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/2224065.stm

Fair enough if you ask me. You play the game be prepared to pay the consequences. You make you bed you gotta lie in it. You shit in you pants then you gotta wear them. You do the crime... you get my drift.

You think you play with the big boys then you should be a big boy. Got what he deserved.

    I agree.

We got a fucked up case here where a drunken teenager tried to break into a pub. To do this, he had to break into the home of the proprietor (who lived above the pub). The proprietor hit the guy a few times and apprehended him, but now has been sued for the injuries that occurred. The punk got $50K, and get this, his mother got $18K for the emotional trauma she suffered!!! When they asked the punk if he took any responsibility for his actions, his reply was "No".

This world is getting seriously fucked up.

"But nonetheless, as a human being he is just as entitled to the freedom to live as anyone else."
Yes and the man who killed him was entitled to live just like the robber. If he didnt defend himself maybe the robber could of had a machete and killed the father. The robber got what he deserved and I think its a bunch of bull fucking shit that this guy is being charged.

I agree that the scumbag deserved what he got. People that steal stuff from other people that worked hard for it are wankers.

However, the guy was stabbed repeatedly in the back. I can see where the controversy is coming from.

Angry The burglar deserved to be stabbed.

    But maybe not 35 times.

Overall, understanding that the stabber was scared and protecting his family (I have a family of my own and certainly would try to protect them from a criminal in my home) I would forgive him.

If I found a criminal in my home threatening my children or wife and I got my hands on him – bones would be snap, crackle and popping!

    Cool

That's Socialism in action guys. Get used to it because that's the yoke that the leaders of the world want to put around the necks of freedom loving people. I sya the burgler got what he deserved and the judge and prosecutor should be horse whipped, tarred and feathered for trying this guy for killing the "bad hat" and no the perp doesn't deserve to live, he was a career criminal and would have probably escalated to killing eventually. Of course this is just my opinion, I could be wrong.

Screw that! I think it is frightening when a man is prosecuted for protecting his family. I have a 3 year old son and guess what? If someone breaks into my home, I am taking it as a threat on my life and my son's. Case closed. Yeah, the burglar has a right to live but he chose to relinquish that right when he broke into these people's home. He fully understood what could happen to him and he chose to do it anyway. I suppose the father should have waited to ask the guy whether or not he chose to hurt them or if this is just a simple harmless burglary. If a burglar chooses to enter your home knowing full well that you are there, it is safe to assume that he is fully prepared to harm anyone who gets in his way. Why else would he enter an occupied home? Didn't he scope out the place first? Sounds to me that if this man didn't kill the burglar, either he or his family would have been seriously injured or killed. Fortunately, I have read that some states in the U.S. do have "make my day laws" which state that if someone breaks into your home, you have full right to kill them. No questions asked. You as the homeowner have the right to assume that if they were bad enough to enter you home, they had full intent to kill you or your family. Does anyone know which states have this law? The article that I read did not state but I think that we should all know this in case we find ourselves in this poor gentlemen's shoes. The law can be a joke sometimes, I swear!

Maybe this was that same Rat scum bag that robbed you a while back

I have a 9 mila meter berretta In house. Hollow point tips.

As long as the guy doesn't have more than 2 shots in his back, you are justified in Pennsylvania.

It just happenend about 1 year ago here in my home town.
    found not guilty
But the family filed a civil suit against the home owner for shooting there son when he broke in there house.
