    Taguo 5 Volume Books

Which lineage of Shaolin do these books focus on, Songshan, Northern, or both? Any opinions on these books?

The books are Songshan Shaolin. Taguo is the biggest school at Songshan, possilby the biggest in the world. I did an article on Taguo in DEC 2000 - http://store.yahoo.com/martialartsma...mag20deci.html

As for the books, I refer to them a lot. There's really nothing quite like it. A lot of material. The translation can be a little sketchy at times, but not unreadible. I think it would be hard to learn the forms from the figures alone, but it's a great reference for anyone familiar with Shaolin.

Thank you Gene. I like the new weapon master kits also. The variety is nice.
