I've been looking to increase my cardio-fitness and saw they hold 'Kara-T-robics' at my local gym. So I thought I'd give it a go. There was a couple of other newbies there and before starting the instructor said
'I hope none of you are martial arts trained, 'cause I'm not.'
(It was actually an ok workout so I'm not complaining. She made some comment about me kicking off the back leg, when we were supposed to be kicking from a parallel stance. whoops! my mistake.)
