    Got Thai?

all Got Qi Girls should be well versed in various arts to earn their t-shirt.
Amen to that sister! That reminds me. It's the first day of spring and the Got Qi Girls must be starting to bloom. I'll have to start scouting...

    P.S. Katooeys are *not* girls.

Holy crap! This thread is still alive? Someone seriously needs to market chinese martial arts to women!
Your intelligence is surpassed only by your ignorance.

You are more likely to fall down the stairs and break your neck if you live in a house with stairs. You are more likely to be in a car accident if you drive to work. You are more likely to be kicked in the nuts or punched in the nose if you practicing the martial arts. - Judge Pen

As long as there are got qi girls, this thread lives on

In answer to that lurking got qi girl who PMed me but isn't posting, what I meant was I need to do more research on pole dancing. I did not mean I need to do more research on Thai Katooeys. I already know more than I really want to know about that subject, and I only know because I travel with my eyes open and used to live in SF. But just to add to the discussion, it's time to play everyone's favorite game - spot the katooey.

A shout out for Jayneen Lee

Jayneen did some work for us and is actually an O-Mei Kung Fu sister of mine, although I never actually trained with her, sorry to say. Anyway, I just got a nice email from her saying she will be a contestant in the Miss Asian America Pageant. If anyone can attend or support her, that would be just great.

And by the way, since you all gave up on the katooey search, I'll let that cat out of the bag - they are all katooeys.

    Worthy of note...

Jayneen was featured on the back cover Sep/Oct 2005 issue in our Make an Impression ad for Tiger Claw shoes. The ad aroused a little bit of controversy from some of our members who didn't approve of seeing panties in a martial arts magazine. Others later voiced their approval, so the jury is still out on the panty issue.

Show your support of Jayneen! We need to support any and all kung fu beauty queens, IMO...

    Cf, Da & Dj

    CF: Read the fine print...

DA: I saw Margie from a distance a few weeks ago. I was wrapped up in a shoot project and didn't get teh chance to check in with her. From across the parking lot, it appeared like she went bleached blonde.

DJ: You need some professional help.

    Going back to Jayneen Lee...

You'll find a pic of here in the Miss Asian America 2006 contestant gallery. She's in the second row, fourth from the left. Hhmmm, I wonder if any of those other girls know kung fu....
