So what's everyone going to be for Halloween this year? Ninjas, right?
I'm not sure who this is, but it was taken at Masquerotica last weekend...

While I appreciate the foundation of Screamin Jay, I gotta say that the Jeff Beck/Joss Stone version of this is somewhat cleaner and more listenable and not a novelty song as it originally was.
remember those? novelty songs? lol monster mash, pretty much and rock band christmas album, ray stevens, the rest...lol
anyway, check out Beck and Stone doing that song.

Kung Fu is good for you.
Don't forget NINJASTAR 2011.
And this below, you can try to forget it, but it will stick in your brain today like toilet paper to your heel. Trick or treat!

That's just nuts!
Kung Fu is good for you.
All day. I'm Spider-Man.
A slightly stylized version. But Spider-Man. I realized that Spider-Man was my favorite superhero as a kid, but I never dressed as him for halloween. I'm rectifying that this year.
You should see my custom Spidey Feiyues.
David Jamieson,
I took the time to listen to Joss Stone.
Though the band was nice, the singer's Michael "bust a gut" Boltonisms was a real turn off. I think more could have been done with it And she did not have that connection with her band. It was like they were in different dimensions. When you do a cover, you really have to put your stamp on it and make it yours. Tom Jones did it with Burning Hell. Hot dang, it was good!! But thank you for sharing that with me. It was a very different kind of experience.

Happy Halloween, everyone!

I've been hoping Joss would write a song about almost being kidnapped by swordsmen.
Have a Safe and Happy Halloween, all!

No worries. Glad you liked it Mickey.
Truth is, you can't go wrong with Jeff Beck.
Joss Stone does some pretty good stuff though and did win a grammy with Beck for that cover of Hawkins.
Kung Fu is good for you.
David,
I will have to check for the gruop's studio recording of it. Maybe it is better. Can't do it now, I have no sound at work.
Will get back to you.
