Though I am somewhat biased as a EBMAS member, from personal experience I can tell you that Emin Boztepe can kick ass like no one I've ever seen. Something about the long arms. . . No disrespect to Mr. Williams, anyone who dedicates himself to perfection of a martial art earns my respect.
