    Dit dot dow?

My Sifu recomended this to me.

He called it Dit Dot Dow...I'm probably spelling it uber worng.

But he said it helps with sore muscles and iron body and such.

But it don't really help my muscles too much and it smells alot like syurp you would put on pancakes.

But someone tell me if any of you used it and tell me what's really good for and if it's any good at all.

    Here's a link.

Five Photos Brand First Aid Antiseptic
A"recovered" crack addict. "That came from being one of the Reagan-era kids when I was in middle school as part of that whole Just Say No thing. They would have people who were recovering addicts come to talk to us at school. One guy in particular came to talk to us about drugs. But it didn't sound like he thought they were that bad. He sounded more like a commercial for drugs than a warning."
    -Dave Chappelle on Tyrone Biggums

"A good male hostage negotiator can talk the pants off a nun. And a good female negotiator could be caught in bed with another man by her husband and the next moment would be standing up, putting her clothes on, acting like it was a big joke, convincing the husband that nothing happened. And after a while, maybe he wouldn't believe it, he's not stupid, but it would put some doubts in his head..."

    Thumbs up tic tac toe?

You might mean dit da jow.

I do neither know whether they work and if yes,how well.
You see it seems these products (at least some) may have not or have not been regulated or tested for effectiveness-"*These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. "
Ingredients seem to include such as "cattle gallstone".
Ingredients considered active can be "herb this&herb that" or as interesting as "dragon´s teeth".
I would not call these ingredients by usual definition,if we assume these are ingredients,I´d like to know what these ingredients consist of!
In case they are supposed to "promotes brain function..."
As far as I see,it does not inform what mechanism they work trough and whether they have been proven to work or whether they are even safe.
Products vary from "hair nourishment capsules" to products used for larynx...
Here´s an interesting statement;"Supports the health of the hair and scalp. This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. In the eyes of traditional Chinese health specialists, the health and well-being of the hair is associated with one’s spirit and health in general. "

You should seriously evaluate these kinds of claims and consider carefully whether they hold water.

    Strange claims;
"Guanxin Su Ho Capsules is aromatic, refreshing, and supports the nervous system function. *"

Unless I missed something,it does not seem to tell what this product consists of.Would you buy a product like this?

Hate to tell you but it seems to me what they´re selling may be trash.

This is how I see it,consider with care.

    And yes,welcome to forums!

    While Fang is watching you....

there are jows and there are jows...
best to get some froma Chinese herbalist who also knows about martial arts...and its kind of injuries.

5 Photo Brand- the "antiseptic" one is fairly diluted and weak.
They are several generations of herbalists. the old formula was ina ball sealed in a waxy cover and you made your own- stronger.
The already prepared one is pretty weak.
But getting one made by someone who knows what he is doing and hasa a good formula is the key to effectiveness.

Funny story...me and my dad walk in and the whole place when scilent...we were the only two non-chinese there. And believe me I felt alot of cold stares.

But I bought it there and the chinese cashier lady was really nice and told me how to use it.

But I'll tell my dad about this cause he use;s it alot...now wish me luck cause I got to get back my five bucks from my dad.

    Oh and who is Fang?

"And I liked what you changed the subject to Tic Tac Toe?"

Might be an unnecessary response but I wonder if you´re really asking for something.

    Glad you liked it.
