    Unhappy Augustine Fong's web site.

Has Master Fong's site been taken down?
    I hope everything is okay.

I just clicked on that link and went there without a problem. There may be an issue on your end.
    Thanks!

    A thought on Civil Discourse:

“Democracy is a means of living together despite our differences. Democratic deliberation is an alternative to physical violence. It is predicated on the assumption that it’s possible to disagree agreeably, that it’s better to laugh than cry, that one can vigorously contest the positions of one’s adversary without questioning his or her personal integrity or motivation, and that parties to a debate are entitled to the presumption that their views are legitimate if not correct.” -Thomas Mann

Dean Johnson was reworking the website. There may have been a temporary problem.

Mute jong- the Augustine Fong site is indeed down.
The webmaster is aware of it and is working on the problem.

Thank you Sifu. I didn't know you posted to this board.

It seems that Wing Chun web sites vanish every day, and I just got a little concerned when Si-Gung Fong's web site was down.

    Thank you for the information.

If Master Fong needs help with his web page, I am an internet professional, and have been web-mastering since 1992.

I worked for EarthLink until they shut down the Phoenix call center.

I would be more than happy to help Master Fong out.

I only say that, because the page is still down, and more than a couple hour down-time is unheard of.

Computer folks worry about down time.
Master Fong doesnt worry about these things much.
Dean Johnson will evntually fix it up. Its not the end of the world.
There was wing chun before the internet. And their will be wing chun beyond down time.

**chuckle** Of course you are correct, Sifu. I will stop fretting over the down time, stop looking at the finger and look at the sky it is pointing at.

Hi Mute- with all these anonymous names and games- I cant quite tell who you are. Did you come off and on for amonthand two and then disappear? No need to answer on the forum.

Oh sorry. I thought this forum posted my legal name. Well, I am not so scared of cyber stalkers. It's me, Mark Stone. The EarthLink guy. I am happy to report that the cell phone belonged to the company, and I no longer have an electronic leash.
