    My office is in Boulder, sometimes I have to go to there city council meetings, at the last one they were looking at different resolutions to pass as a city against the war on Iraq. I think Boulder may be one of the only cities that has its own "foriegn policy."

    He might not have been the only name on the ballot, but he certainly didn't win legally.

    He won the electoral vote, and that is how one becomes President in the US. Winning the popular vote does not guarantee winning the election. It has alway been this way.
