    Flexibility & Stretching

I'm starting Kung Fu tomorrow. I've done some weight lifting, so my muscles are fairly strong, and my cardio is great from rugby, hockey, swimming and running cross-country. However...

My flexibility is crap. (especially in the legs)

I'm stretching like crazy these days now and i'm noticing improvement, but do you people have any advice as to what stretches to do, as well as exercises that will help me get really flexible in the lower body? Thanks!

    Jeff

There was a recent post with a similar Q. Do a search. I recommended Pavel's stretching books.
