"The Book of Jook" is all you'll ever need I think it's by Bob Flaws.
Failing that get any book by Daverick Leggit and he will give you recipies for curing certain illnesses based on Chinese herbal and energetic medicine.

Herbal recipes should be tailored to your particular system. Doing so requires knowledge of Traditional Chinese Medicine. In short, don't bother. See someone who has been trained.
