the most well known (?only) book is the one by alexandra Co ...
which gives some basic overveiw and line drawing of 2 forms about 160 pages

Apparently Sifu Yap Cheng Hai is planning to publish a book, but I don't know if that is true, or when it might happen.

go get into a program ;-) books might mislead u!! ;-) read after u mastered the basic so as to help refine ur form ;-)
ps: forget what i just typed if u r already in a ngo cho program :-)
