    Pak Mei Lotus flower

    Hello,

I remember a thread on a "flower form" in Pak Mei a while back but cannot find it. Can anyone tell me more about this form, where it comes from and what lineages of PM practice it?

    Thanks,

    EAZ

    China

    was a little obscure

everything is wonderful here. So good that well it may be a long long while if ever that I consider living back in Aus....who knows though

    Shaolin Master

Are you going to show us your forms that only you know and hardly any one else? I bet NO unless for a good price or years after training in the common forms.

And the comment where does Chinese Tea come from, China. That was a bit harsh wasn't it?

I have never heard someone say
-I have a diamond mine want a map to find it?
-I have the best fishing spot I should send details on how to get there to a fishing magazine so more people know where to go!
-I have a duck that lays golden eggs want to know where I keep it?
-I have found a small village in China with an old man teaching RARE Pak Mei forms to people maybe I should post his whereabouts on KFO?

I have never heard one of the above said and I reckon to the day I die I never will.
Harden up Kung Fu Practioners, take your art to the street to prove how good it is as now we are looking like a dance troupe.

    pak mei lotus flower

My sifu has started to show me a pak mei flower set (not plum blossom). Im afraid that i do not know the name of the set as of yet, although sifu will tell me when im ready.
alot of the hand movements resemble a flower opening and closing, its very gracefull.

    what lineage?

    drunken master,

    Thank you for posting.
    What lineage are you from?
    - HK (CLC lineage post 1930s)
    - Guangdong (CLC lineage pre 1930s)
    - Vietnam (CLC lineage pre 1930s or other)
    - elsewhere or other lineage in China (???)
    - other...

I ask this question as I may have a bearing on the name of the form or its origins.

    Thanks,

    EAZ
